Breathe in. Breathe out. Neigh-maste.

We are thrilled to partner with certified yoga instructor, Summer Greenlees, in offering Yoga with Horses!

Step away from work and the virtual world to relax at the ranch. Engaging in beginner-level, hatha yoga techniques, this 75-minute class will encourage self-awareness, introspection, and a balance of life energy. Come and ground yourself in nature, awaken your body through breath work and gentle movements, and reconnect with your spirit in the powerful presence of horses.

This is a unique opportunity to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit on a 125-acre horse ranch in the Texas Hill Country.

All levels welcome. Modifications are always available. Class happens rain or shine, except in case of severe weather.

** Please note that this does not include a horseback riding opportunity.

ABOUT THE YOGA INSTRUCTOR: SUMMER GREENLEES

Summer Greenlees is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with twenty-five years of experience. In 1997, Summer completed a two-year apprenticeship Yoga teacher training program in Austin and additionally obtained her massage therapy license. Using the combined modalities of Yoga and Massage enhances and deepens her holistic approach as an instructor.

Summer‘s intimate understanding of the human body has been cultivated through years of dedication to study and practice in the field of health and wellness. She brings the richness of her experience of working with hundreds of massage therapy and childbirth clientele to complement her yoga instruction. Summer delights in applying her wellness insights, practices, tools and techniques. She is a gentle guide, sharing resources, as well as inviting students to explore their own self-discovery, self-empowerment, and overall wellness.

Summer believes a personal yoga practice can allow her students more clarity and focus. Yoga helps to prevent injuries and heals tension, as well as improves posture and quality of movement. Yoga empowers and transforms us. Practice, essentially, is treating yourself to the gift of self-care. Ease of breath, better balance, and stress relief, a consistent practice also promotes strength, flexibility, healthy range of motion, and improves circulation.

Integrative and therapeutic, Summer’s classes focus on harmonizing mind, body, and nature within and around us. Offering an individualized approach, Summer assists her students in their building skills organically, so that movements are safely and mindfully practiced. Summer supports her students to feel more refreshed, more grounded, and more open.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Summer is at home in the Hill Country. She is truly blessed to be the mother of three: a 25-year-old, a 16-year-old, and a 9-year-old.
